All prices do not include charges for shipping and handling, taxes, or other similar charges or fees, for which the Customer shall be responsible and which shall be separately charged on any invoice. The Customer shall be responsible for all sales, use, and other taxes associated with an order; currently, Gadget Wrap Inc. is required to charge and withhold sales tax for delivery within the state of New York.

All returned items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 30 days from the date of receipt. A restocking fee may be applied equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective. The 15% restocking fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange. All returns must be issued a Return Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number. All returns must be shipped prepaid. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Orders placed before 11 AM (EST) usually are shipped the same or following day. Most orders received Friday afternoon through Sunday will ship on that following Monday. Most US orders are shipped to arrive in 2-3 days. 99% of orders are shipped from New York; some out of stock orders are drop shipped from the west coast. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Reserve holidays. Although every effort is made to ship your order on time, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, we will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Your shipping costs will be calculated by weight and displayed before you complete your order. Your shipping costs can also be found on your order status page or your order confirmation email.

Our payment processing company will automatically check orders for obvious signs of fraud . Checks are made on AVS, CVV but may include transaction amount, known bad IP addresses or ranges as well as rapid multiple orders amongst others. We do not to rely 100% on our payment proceesor to pick up on fraudulent orders and that is why we manually review each and every order. T

In accordance with state and local law, your purchases will be taxed only if you are shipping to an address within New York State.
